We then embark on a uniquely tailored project and design response, thus beginning the exciting design journey. 

In order to help clarify what role and areas of the project that we can produce, we have outlined the basic overview; 

• Site measure and full interior floor plan documentation

• Suggest proposed floor planning reconfiguration(s)

• Full interior design concept proposals throughout;

• Proposal and selection of interior finishes, appliances, internal hardware, sanitary fittings & fixtures and lighting fixtures as required

• Joinery concept design, and production of comprehensive joinery detailing and documentation; including wall elevations suitable for tender and construction 

• Production of full construction interior plans required for tender and construction; existing, proposed, demolition, floor finishes, lighting, electrical and switching and applicable door and window schedules.   

• Attend on-site meetings with the client and appointed building contractors, as required

• Answering Requests for Information from appointed building contractors throughout your build, as required 

• Production of scaled furniture plan outlined in proposed space planning

• Presentation, selection and sourcing of loose; furniture, fabrics, window furnishings/curtains, lamps and any decorative items for client consideration and approval; 

• Scheduling, quoting, sampling, purchasing of loose furniture and decorative items if/as required 

• Design and detail documentation of custom pieces; furniture, handles, lighting, and others.

Although soft furnishings, or interior decoration as it is also called, is an enjoyable part of the service we provide, it is however the cherry on top of the full interior architecture and design service that we can provide for your project.
